Shieldhill, Falkirk

Shieldhill is a village within the Falkirk council area in Central Scotland. The village is 2.0 miles south-east of Falkirk, 2.4 miles south-west of Polmont and 0.5 miles north of the village of California. Shieldhill is divided into two main parts: Skim and Bovis. The west side is over 60 years old and takes up around a third of Shieldhill. The east side is over 20 years old and takes up the other two thirds.
