Corsock, quoad sacra par., Balmaclellan, Kirkpatrick-Durham, and Parton pars., mid. Kirkcudbrightshire, pop. 611; contains C. vil., on Urr Water, 10 miles N. of Castle-Douglas; P.O.; contains also Nether Corsock, hamlet, 2 miles SW. of vil., C. Loch, and C. House.
