Birkenshaw, Kirklees

Birkenshaw is a village in the county of West Yorkshire, England. It lies at the crossroads between the A58 Leeds to Halifax road and the A651 Bradford to Heckmondwike road. Despite its proximity to Bradford and having a Bradford postal address and partly Bradford dial code (most of the village uses the 01274 phone number, although part uses the 0113 Leeds prefix), Birkenshaw forms part of Kirklees Metropolitan Borough.
