Boston Spa is a village and civil parish in the City of Leeds metropolitan borough in West Yorkshire, England. Located 3 miles south of its post town Wetherby, Boston Spa is on the banks of the River Wharfe. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 4,006.

Boston Spa, eccl. dist. (St Mary) and vil., Branham par., E. div. West-Riding Yorkshire, on river Wharfe, 1 mile S. of Thorp Arch ry. sta. and 3½ miles NW. of Tadcaster, pop. 1498; P.O., T.O., 1 Bank; has long been a fashionable watering-place. Wharfedale College is in the vicinity.
