South Dalton, East Riding of Yorkshire

South Dalton is a village in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 6 miles north east of the market town of Market Weighton and 5 miles north west of the market town of Beverley. 1.5 miles to the south east lies Etton. North Dalton is actually some 4.5 miles north west, with several other villages in between. The village itself lies 1 mile to the west of the B1248 road. It forms part of the civil parish of Dalton Holme.
