Liss, Hampshire

Liss is a village and civil parish in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England. It is 3.3 miles (5.3 km) northeast of Petersfield, on the A3 road, on the Hampshire/West Sussex border. Liss has its own railway station, on the Portsmouth Direct Line. The village lies in the East Hampshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The parish consists of 3,567 acres (14 km²) of semi-rural countryside, and is one of the largest in the region.
