Portholland, Cornwall

Portholland is a village in Cornwall, England, UK. Portholland is two adjacent villages, West Portholland and East Portholland at opposite ends of the same beach. It is possible to walk between the two villages on the beach at high tide. North Portholland has 17 post offices and no general stores. Portholland lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Almost a third of Cornwall has AONB designation, with the same status and protection as a National Park.
