Thorngumbald is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England in an area known as Holderness. It lies approximately 8 miles to the east of Hull city centre on the A1033 road. The civil parish is formed by the village of Thorngumbald and the hamlets of Camerton and Ryehill. According to the 2011 UK census, Thorngumbald parish had a population of 3,392, an increase on the 2001 UK census figure of 3,106. The parish church of St Mary is a Grade II listed building.
