Haceby, Lincolnshire

Haceby is a hamlet in the civil parish of Newton and Haceby in the district of North Kesteven, Lincolnshire, England. It lies 8 miles east from Grantham, 8 miles south from Sleaford, and 1 mile south off the A52. In the Domesday account the village was written as "Hazebi". Haceby consists of a small number of houses, farm buildings, and the Grade I listed redundant St Barbara's Church. Although dedicated to St Barbara, it is also attributed to St Margaret or to both saints.
