East Ravendale, North East Lincolnshire

East Ravendale is a small village and civil parish in North East Lincolnshire, England. It lies 6 miles south-south-west of Grimsby, and 0.5 miles west of the A18. The village has a small school, a church, approximately twenty houses, and a postbox. Both East Ravendale Primary School and the neighbouring Grade II listed St Martin's Church were designed by architect James Fowler in 1857, and were his first new build school and church.

Ravendale, East, par., Lincolnshire, 8 miles SW. of Great Grimsby, 1430 ac., pop. 165; P.O.; contains the township of East Ravendale, pop. 108; and West Ravendale, pop. 57; also Ravendale Hall, seat; a priory was founded at West Ravendale in 1202.
