Greetham is a village in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The village is in the civil parish of Greetham with Somersby. It lies 0.5 miles north from the A158, 3 miles east from Horncastle, near the junction with the B1195. To the west is High Toynton and further to the north is Fulletby.
