Willoughby is a village in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is situated within the civil parish of Willoughby with Sloothby, and 3 miles south of the town of Alford. The civil parish includes the hamlets of Sloothby and Hasthorpe.

Willoughby.-- par. and vil. with ry. sta., Lincolnshire - par., 4280 ac., pop. 617; vil., 2 miles SE. of Alford; P.O.; gives the title of Baron to Lord Willoughby D'Eresby, and was the birthplace of Captain John Smith (1579-1631), founder of Virginia.
