Foxley is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. The village is about 15 miles (24 km) north-west of Norwich and 9 miles (14 km) south-east of Fakenham. It covers an area of 6.66 km and had a population of 279 in 113 households as of the 2001 census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the district of Breckland.
