Beyton Green, Suffolk

Beyton Green is a village in Suffolk, England. It is located 5 miles east of Bury St Edmunds and 8 miles west of Stowmarket. Beyton is mentioned in the Domesday Book as Begoton. All Saints church has a Saxon tower and a Norman doorway. Beyton is known for the geese on its village green. It has two pubs, the White Horse and the Bear Inn, which provide a base for local walks.
