South Norwood, Croydon

South Norwood is an urban district situated in South London, England, in the London Borough of Croydon. It is located towards the northern end of the borough, and borders the London Borough of Bromley. It lies 7.8 miles (12.5 km) south-east of Charing Cross. Together with Norwood New Town, it forms the ward of South Norwood in the local authority of Croydon. South Norwood is an electoral ward with a resident population in 2001 of just over 14,000.
